   I was watching the game and it was pretty clear that Jeter got all excited by the wild pitch, and turned to bring Gardner in. The he was obviously disgusted that he wasn't coming already.
   
   Jete didn't hold him up. Jete told him not to bother once he saw that Mr. Cranium was just standing there in his frequent basepath fog.
   
   This is not a very good team. DJ's skills may be eroding, but at least he doesn't make Little League mistakes.
